Description

Ingredients

1/4 pound red beans (kidney beans)
1/4 pound hominy, (posole)
small Onion, chopped
small tomatoe, chopped

Directions

Boil beans and the maize together until cooked.
Fry onions and tomatoes together in hot oil.
Combine all ingredients.
Season to taste.
