Zimmes from Pears

Ingredients

1 kg fresh pears
3 tbsp butter
½ cup water
½ cup honey

Directions

Wash pears, peel off, cut into 4 parts and core.
In a stew pan, put pears, pour over water, add honey and butter and stew on low heat until done.
