Cactus salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place cactus, tomatoes, onion and cilantro in glass or plastic bowl.
  2. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar.
  3. Pour over vegetables and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
