  • Makes about 6 (8 oz) jars.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind pepper, keep juice.
  2. Put juice, sugar, salt and vinegar in kettle.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Boil and stir 5 minutes.
  5. Let cool 10 minutes.
  6. Add Certo.
  7. Pour into jars.
  8. After 10 minutes, turn upside down for five minutes to distribute seeds evenly.
