Old-fashioned Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 2 lbs stew meat, browned
• 1 onion
• 1 can carrots
• 4 potatoes, diced
• 2 stalks celery
• 2 cans beef broth
• ¼ cup flour
• 1 tbsp thyme
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp parsley
• ¼ tbsp oregano
• 2 cans mushrooms
• ¼ tsp basil
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cans tomato sauce

Directions

1. Combine all and cook in crockpot on low 8 – 10 hours.
