Description

Beets are cooked with a sweet-sour sauce in the crockpot.

  • 4 to 6 servings

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and flour and Stir in the water and vinegar.
  2. Place beets in slow cooker
  3. Stir in vinegar and sugar mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
