In Romanian: Supa de zarzavat I
Ingredients
- 2 qts / 2 l water
- 2 big carrots
- 1 celery root
- 2 potatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1 piece of cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 parsley root
Directions
- Set to boil the julienned carrot, parsley root and onion, cubed potatoes and cabbage.
- After boiling for a little while, add the green peppers cut in pieces.
- Boil in a covered pot for two hours.
- Strain and add salt.
