Peruvian Shrimp Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cup shrimp
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 clv garlic
- 2 tbl tomato paste
- 8 cup water
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbl rice
- 3 sm potatoes
- 2 x eggs
- 2 tbl cottage cheese
Directions
- Cut Onion and garlic in pieces.
- Brown in butter.
- Add tomato paste and water.
- Boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- And rice and potatoes cut in 1-inch pieces.
- Replace boiled away water with milk.
- Beat eggs and add to soup.
- Add cottage cheese, oregano, and shrimp.
- Serve hot.
