Description
In Romanian: Trufe rusesti
Ingredients
4 hard boiled, sieved
yolks
1 raw
yolk
8 oz / 250 g blanched and finely ground
almonds
1 cup
confectioner's sugar
7 oz / 200 g grated
chocolate
2 oz / 50 g
butter
¼ cup
rum
Directions
Cream the
sugar
,
butter
and raw yolk.
Add
rum
, hard boiled yolks, mixing continuously, then add
almonds
.
Keep refrigerated for ½ hour.
Then with wet hands, shape into balls which you then roll in grated
chocolate
and place in paper molds.
Keep refrigerated.
