Description
Milk soup with millet
Ingredients
450 g of
millet
3 l of
milk
½ l of
water
50 g of
butter
1 teaspoon of
salt
Directions
Washed
millet
is put in boiling salted
milk
and boiled during 1 – 2 minutes; then the fire is lessened and boiling continued for 15 – 20 minutes.
Before the end of boiling
salt
and
sugar
are added; before serving the table
butter
is put in the soup.
