Ingredients

• See Traditional Romanian Sausages, with the only difference being that:
• for each 2 lb / 1 kg of rabbit meat
• add ½ lb / 250 g bacon

Directions

1. Prepare like the pork sausages, but add ½ lb / 250 g bacon for each 2 lb / 1 kg of rabbit meat.
