Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 lb Velveeta
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
- In a soup pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently to completely brown the meat; drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook over low heat until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with crackers.
