Red Onion Guacamole

Makes 2 Cups
Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs chopped cilantro
- ¼ tsp each salt and hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits.
- Scoop out flesh in a bowl, mash avocado flesh.
- Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and hot pepper sauce.
- Press plastic wrap directly onto surface and refrigerate until ready to use.
