Lemon Absinthe Panache
Description
A relatively simple mixture of limoncello, absinthe, and La Trappe Quadrupel Trappist beer; highly intoxicating for some.
Ingredients
- 20 ounces limoncello or Love Boat Lemonade
- 20 ounces absinthe
- 20 ounces La Trappe Quadrupel (beer); use Triple if not in season.
Directions
- Pour La Trappe, absinthe and limoncello (in that order), into 60 ounce pitcher.
- Using a bar spoon, stir well.
- Pour into 12 ounce highball glasses over ice and serve.
