Garlic Basil Dressing

- 1/4 Cup vinegar
- 2 T. Olive or salad oil
- 1 1/2 T. Snipped Fresh basil or 1/2 T. Dried basil, Crushed
- 1 T. Chopped green onion
- 2 cloves garlic, Minced
In a Screw Top Jar, Mix vinegar, oil, basil, Onion, garlic And 3 T. water. Cover And Shake Until Well Mixed. Chill. Shake Again Before Serving. Serves 8Source: my Old Recipes
