Blue Cheese Dressing with Buttermilk

Ingredients
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅓ sour cream
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- salt and ground pepper
Directions
- Mash blue cheese and buttermilk until mixture resembles cottage cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
