Bittersweet Mocha Sauce
- 6 Oz. Semisweet baking chocolate
- 1 Oz. unsweetened chocolate, Melted
- 2 to 3 T. coffee Flavored Liqueur
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream
Mix chocolate And 2 T. of Liqueur in Top of double boiler Placed Over Simmering water. When chocolate Has Melted, Gradually Stir in Cream. For a Thinner Sauce, Add Another T. of Liqueur. Serve Hot Over Ice cream, Pound Cake or Fruit. Makes 3/4 CupSource: my Old Recipes
