Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan.
Bake at 425°F degrees for 30 minutes.
Enjoy.
