Description
Mango ice cream is a dessert that can be served with mint.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe mangoes
- ½ – 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1½ cups heavy cream
Garnish
Directions
- Prepare the fruits, place them in a bowl.
- Make the cream with the other ingredients as sugar, lemon juice and gelatin.
- Freeze the cream and add it to the fruits.
