Directions

  1. Rinse fish, pat dry.
  2. Place fish in shallow dish.
  3. Whisk together lemon, oil, dill, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over fish and let stand 60 minutes.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes or grill for 12 minutes.
