Description
Peanut puffs
Ingredients
¾ cup finely chopped
peanuts
½ cup
margarine
2 tbsp
sugar
½ tsp
vanilla
1 cup
flour
powdered sugar
1 pinch of
salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Cream
margarine
and
sugar
.
Add
peanuts
,
vanilla
, and
flour
.
Roll into small balls.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
Repeat rolling when cold.
