Description

A great way to use up Bananas that are going a bit off. Sweet enough to be satisfying, healthy enough to not feel too guilty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut up the bananas (doesn’t have to look pretty).
  2. Throw them in a non stick frying pan on medium heat stirring often.
  3. Add brown sugar or maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Eat alone or over ice cream.
