About madeleine pans
A madeleine pan is a specially shaped cake pan used to make French madeleine cookies. This French cookware comes in a number of different materials and shapes. Traditional pans are made of cast iron, but newer pans are made of aluminum or non-stick coated surfaces, and even silicone.
