Description
Green Goddess dressing from the Stuft Shirt Restaurant. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
- Source: my old recipes
- makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- ⅓ cup diced onion
- salt
- pepper
Procedures
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, anchovy paste, parsley and onion.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Dressing may be refrigerated in covered container for up to 2 weeks.
