  1. In large pot, combine brown sugar, flour, salt , butter, lemon juice and almond extract.
  2. Cook at medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
  3. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in mangos.
  5. Pour into prepared 9" pie unbaked pie crust.
  6. Make lattice top with 2nd pie crust.
  7. Seal edges and flute.
  8. Bake at 423°F for 10 minutes.
  9. Reduce heat to 375°F and bake 40 – 45 minutes more.
