Description

Welsh Omelette

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, and mix in the nutmeg, salt and beaten eggs yolks.
  2. Stir in the milk, beating constantly so that the mixture is smooth.
  3. Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff, and add the parsley to this.
  4. Fold the egg white mix into the batter, mixing well.
  5. Pour entire mixture into frying pan, and cook as you would a regular omelette (to desired doneness).
