White sauce

  1. Melt butter in a pan
  2. Add flour and make sure all lumps are smoothed out
  3. Add milk and let thicken, stirring to make sure no lumps form

Salmon

  1. Bone and mince salmon with fork, and place in greased casserole.
  2. Pour white sauce over salmon, cover with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 °F until browned on top.
