Description
Serve as a dip for celery sticks, green onions, green pepper, cauliflower and other crisp raw vegetables.
- Makes 1⅓ cups.
Ingredients
- 8 oz carton plain low-fat yogurt
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp minced celery
- 1 tbsp minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp minced green onion
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Chill thoroughly.
