Three-bean Baked Beans

Ingredients

• ½ lb ground beef
• 5 bacon strips, diced
• ½ cup chopped onions
• 2 cans (16 oz each) pork and beans, undrained
• 16 oz can butter beans, rinsed and drained
• 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 2 tbsp mustard
• ½ tsp salt

Procedures

1. In large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, brown ground beef, bacon and onion; drain well.
2. In large bowl, combine all of the beans.
3. Add the meat mixture and stir well.
4. Add rest of ingredients, mix well.
5. Pour into a greased 2½ qt baking dish.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour.
