Traditionally made using sea water
Procedures
- Place medium red potatoes in a pan with 1/3 cup of salt and cook for 30-40 minutes
- Drain off the water, and return potatoes to the heat until they are dry, leaving a layer of salt.
- Coat with sauce of your choice
