Description
Wet Che Dauk Hincho (Pig Trotter Soup) is a simple soup that’s quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 pig trotter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 medium-size onions, chopped in halves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedures
Wash and clean pig trotter thoroughly then chop into 4 pieces. Rub chopped trotter with soy sauce. Place trotter in a saucepan. Add 4 cups water and bring to a boil. Remove any scum that rise to surface while boiling. When meat is tender, remove the bones. Add onions and garlic and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander to add flavor to the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
