Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Set to boil the milk with the water and vanilla.
  2. When it comes to a boil, add the washed rice.
  3. Let boil, at slow heat, stirring now and then.
  4. It is ready when the rice grain can be easily crushed between your fingers.
  5. Remove the vanilla, place the rice on a plate and serve warm or cold, with preserves, glace fruits, syrup or whipped cream.
