Description
Dill and plain yogurt provide a delicate flavor-base for this chunky. Note: To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate
Ingredients
- 15 ripe medium California avocados, seeded and peeled
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1½ tbsp garlic salt
- ½ cup medium-hot salsa
- 3 cups yogurt
Procedures
- In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
