Ingredients
- 120 g lean pork
- 1 egg
- 280 g green bean sprouts
- 40 g yellow chive
- 1 small red chile
- 1 tbsp shredded ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp corn starch
Sauce
- a little sesame oil
- pinch pepper powder
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- ¼ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp corn starch
- 3 tbsp water
Procedures
- Whisk egg with 1 tbsp of corn starch and ½ tbsp of water
- Fry with few oil into thin sheet, shred into pieces when it cool
- Cut the yellow chive and red chile into short stalks, for later use
- Heat the wok with few oil, stir fry the green bean sprouts, drain out water
- Shred the pork into short row, marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add shredded ginger after the oil becomes heat
- Stir fry the shredded pork until cooked, add bean spout and yellow chive
- Add shredded red chile and egg, then add sauce, stir mix well, dish up
