Directions

  1. Crack open the coconut, take off the skins, and cut very fine.
  2. Put into a saucepan and add the Sugar and about four tablespoons of water.
  3. Bring to a boil and then add the lime juice.
  4. Cook until brown, stirring all the time.
  5. Turn off and divide into pieces and allow to cool.
