Ingredients
- 1 egg
- black or white pepper
- a dash of salt
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Directions
- Beat the egg with the cornstarch , black or white pepper and salt.
- Heat oil in a skillet and bake 2 omelets.
- Roll up the omelets and slice thinly.
