Description
Tropical fruit goes well with Pork.

Banana pork
Ingredients
- 500 g New Zealand pork steaks - suggest schnitzel, Scotch fillet, leg steaks
- ½ cup Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee sesame oil
- 4 bananas
Directions
- Slice the steak into strips.
- Place in a heavy plastic bag with ½ cup char siu sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat the BBQ or fry pan or wok and sesame oil.
- Drain the pork and stir fry until cooked.
- Slice in the bananas and heat through.
