Description

Ingredients

  • 4-5 pialas of flour
  • 1,5 pialas of sour or unboiled milk
  • 2 table-spoons of melted butter
  • 2 table-spoons of sour cream
  • 20-30 g of yeasts
  • 0,5 of a piala of water
  • a tea-spoon of Sugar
  • 2 pialas of oil.


Directions

  1. Dough is made as for baursaks , twisted in plaits, cut in pieces 3–5 cm each and fried in hot oil to a golden colour.
