Chinese pickle is a small yellow fruit that is shaped like a cucumber. It has a crisp texture, and a mild sweet flavor. Typically it is preserved in honey and spices and sometimes soy sauce. Primarily used as a condiment. Also known as tea melon, sweet tea pickle and pickle.
