Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Wash, peel, and mash bananas adding 1 teaspoon lime juice (to prevent darkening).
  3. Combine bananas with all other ingredients mixing well.
  4. Pour into greased 2 lb loaf pan and bake until done (about 50 minutes).
