Description

A Catfish recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • Caribbean or jerk seasoning

Directions

  1. Sprinkle Caribbean or jerk seasoning on a catfish fillet and let sit for five to ten minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan.
  3. Carefully place the fillets in the pan and cook for two to three minutes on each side.
