Description
One of the best Moroccan desserts around - full of sweetness, the plantains give you energy and are really easy to make.
Ingredients
Directions
Peel the ripe plantains and cut them into rough pieces, not too small.
Heat the oil on a medium heat and, when hot, add the plantain slices and cook for 5 minutes. They should be lightly browned and caramelized.
Add the Sugar to the slices and allow the Sugar to caramelize. When it has done this, remove the plantains from the pan.
Give the plantains a few minutes to cool down. Serve warm.
