Description
Vegetable salad
Ingredients
- 4 cooked, diced potatoes
- 3 cooked, diced beets
- 3 cooked, diced carrots
- 1 small, chopped onion
- 2 chopped, hard boiled eggs
- 1 chopped pickle (or sub 1 tablespoon sweet relish)
- 1 cup cooked white beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- season with sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
