Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, and oregano.
  2. Brush chicken with butter, then roll in crumb mixture.
  3. Put skin side up in ungreased large shallow baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture.
  5. Bake at 375°F until tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Don't turn.
