- Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
- ½ cup onion, cut up
- ½ cup bacon grease
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp catsup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
- Put bacon grease in pan and heat it.
- Add onion and garlic and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remember to stir sauce as it cooks.
