Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ritchie Estate in Balch Springs, Texas in 1984. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 packet ranch mix
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1 small zucchini
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with crackers, chips and raw vegetables.
