Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2½ cups water
- 3 tablespoons pecans
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons sweetener
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth then pour into hot waffle iron and bake 15 minutes.
