Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix milk, mustard and lemon juice until well blended.
  2. Pour oil into deep heavy saucepan, filling no more than ⅓ full.
  3. Heat on medium heat to 375°F.
  4. Dip fish into mustard mixture, then coat with fish-fri.
  5. Carefully add to hot oil, a few pieces at a time.
  6. Fry 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Repeat with remaining fish.
  9. Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
  10. Serve with pepper sauce if desired.
