Ramon's garlic Dressing
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 1 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
- 1/8 T. salt
- 1/8 T. pepper
- 1/8 T. Dry mustard
- 1/8 T. sugar
Optional Ingredients:
- 1/2 T. Worcestershire
- 1/4 T. Anchovy Paste
- 1/8 T. curry Powder
- 1/8 T. basil
- 1 T. Mayonnaise (if Creamy Dressing is Wanted)
Mix All Ingredients. Mix Thoroughly. The Last 5 Ingredients in This Dressing, Starting With The Worcestershire Are Optional. Makes 3/4 Cup.Source: my Old Recipes
