My mom used to make these as a side dish with many meals when I was growing up. They are so simple and sooooo delicious.

 Croissants

 1 can crescent rolls

1 bag broccoli & cauliflower mix 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese or Velveeta(1 lb for Velveeta)

Separate crescent rolls in half. Place half of the rolls in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Cook the vegetables according to package and drain. Cube Velveeta and mix with vegetables, place on top of crescent rolls. Add top layer of crescent rolls. Seal edges with a fork and bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
